EP2 utilizes a robust and comprehensive Quality Management System that includes critical aspects of Quality Assurance and Quality Control. Under the guidance of our Quality Assurance Manager, every product is manufactured to customer specifications and expectations, and is then inspected at five designated points in the manufacturing process.
Products are inspected following metal fabrication, after the powder coated painting, after individual component mounting, after wiring, and one final time before shipment to our customers. All products are ensured to be in full accordance with our customer’s requirements and EP2‘s strict Quality Assurance program, from contract administration, document control, material procurement, material receiving and inspection, in-process quality inspections, final inspection and testing, and packaging and shipping.
