Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform tasks as assigned by the Facility Manager.
• Oversee, direct, and train Maintenance Helpers.
• Assist in the direction and oversight of subcontractors on-site.
• Move and set up office furniture, and computer equipment when necessary.
• Perform maintenance and repair on the roof top units, such as filter changes, grease bearings, and replace belts.
• Maintain and work from tickets generated by our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software.
• Grease forklifts, pallet jacks, exhaust fans, trash compactor, and cardboard balers.
• Lubricate the rollers, hinges, and chains on overhead doors.
• Clean out the exhaust ducts on the engravers.
• Clean and disinfect the icemakers.
• Maintenance and repair of powder coat equipment.
• Maintenance and repair of production equipment including but not limited to CNC laser, CNC press brake, CNC drills, saws, etc..
• Rebuild and repair equipment in off-seasons to prepare for the next use cycle.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, and material storage area.
• Snow removal and application of ice melt for sidewalks, pedestrian doors, emergency exits, and overhead doors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school education. 
• Minimum of two years training in facility maintenance and repair.
• Minimum of two years experience in facility maintenance and repair.
• Strong trades skills and mechanical abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, compressed air, hydraulics, HVAC, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, security, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) systems.
• Safe and efficient use of a wide variety of hand and power tools.
• Ability to operate equipment including, but not limited to, table saws, miter saws, chop saws, drill presses, portable lifts, power operated fastening equipment, and pneumatic tools.
• Ability to operate a utility vehicle with a sander and snowplow, forklifts, and scissor lifts.
• Technical skills to perform preventive maintenance and repair tasks on production equipment, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, compressed air, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.
• Experience with carpentry, drywall repair and finishing, painting, and floor repair.
• Ability to replace door hardware, and locksets.
• Basic computer skills for emails, and CMMS.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Job Overview

The Electrical Engineer will perform electrical design work across various power systems and stations for power generation, transmission, and distribution applications. The Electrical Engineer will work with the Project Management department and Fabrication department to ensure the design meets the specifications of the customer.

• Ensure drawings conform to the highest industry standards of quality.

• Inspect product to ensure conformance to customer and design requirements.
• Work with and contribute to the functional testing team as needed.

Reports To

Job Summary

The Quality Control Inspector will inspect panels and enclosures throughout the production process as they go through the different departments of Electrical Power Products, Inc. These departments include steel, paint, mounting, wiring, enclosures, and shipping.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Perform routine inspections and quality tests.
• Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards and the customer’s bill of materials.
• Document deficiencies and errors of products and confirm corrections of these errors.
• Operate a manual hydraulic pallet jack.

The Testing Technician will apply electrical theory and related knowledge to test control panels and enclosures electrically. The Testing Technician will ensure wiring matches schematics and will troubleshoot and resolve errors when presented.

• Provide technical assistance and resolution should electrical or engineering problems be encountered.
• Modify electrical parts, assemblies, and systems to correct functional deviations.
• Set up and operate test equipment to evaluate systems under simulated operating conditions and record results.
• Implement quality assurance policies while performing inspections and function testing.
• Ensure the company products meet customer expectations.
• Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production.
• Operate hydraulic pallet jack.

Job Summary

This is an exciting entry-level front-line supervisory role responsible for the day-to-day supervision and execution of quality inspection activities. The Quality Control Supervisor provides direct supervisory leadership to Quality Control Inspectors to ensure product compliance, safe work practices, and adherence to established quality standards.

The Quality Control Supervisor oversees inspection activities across multiple quality gates—including Steel, Paint, Mounting, Wiring, Enclosure, and Special Projects—and is accountable for shift-level manpower planning, daily priority setting, and communication of quality issues and risks. Success in this role requires strong organization, structured planning, and the ability to lead through clear expectations, accountability, and consistent floor presence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Supervise and direct Quality Control personnel to meet daily production and Ready-to-Ship (RTS) goals across all assigned quality gates.
• Develop and execute daily and weekly manpower plans aligned to workload and staffing requirements.
• Assign work, set priorities, and monitor inspection execution to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Coach, train, and evaluate Quality Control employees, providing regular feedback and performance documentation.
• Maintain the quality training schedule and versatility matrix to ensure adequate skill coverage per shift.
• Reinforce a strong quality culture by holding employees accountable to standards, ownership, and continuous improvement expectations.
• Participate in Quality Improvement Board meetings and support initiatives to reduce Defects Per Unit (DPU).
• Communicate daily priorities, quality risks, nonconformances (Fixems), and engineering alerts to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage Quality Control equipment needs, including preventive maintenance coordination and calibration tracking.
• Approve and manage timekeeping, attendance, and performance evaluations for direct reports.

The Supply Chain Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Procurement department as well as develop a strategic plan for sourcing including relationships with suppliers. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee EP²’s supply chain including supplier evaluation, pricing negotiation, delivery scheduling, and inventory management.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy that optimizes project cost quotation accuracy, incoming material flow and timing, supplier performance, and production readiness.
• Oversee procurement activities and develop procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing, supplier reliability, and alignment with project schedules and specifications.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of procurement professionals and foster accountability, collaboration and teamwork.
• Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams to synchronize material needs with production timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock is maintained for all necessary supplies and materials while avoiding overstocking and minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Analyze supply chain performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements. Identify potential schedule disruptions and develop a contingency plan.
