Quality Control Supervisor
Reports To
The Quality Control Supervisor will report to the Quality Assurance Manager.
Job Summary
This is an exciting entry-level front-line supervisory role responsible for the day-to-day supervision and execution of quality inspection activities. The Quality Control Supervisor provides direct supervisory leadership to Quality Control Inspectors to ensure product compliance, safe work practices, and adherence to established quality standards.
The Quality Control Supervisor oversees inspection activities across multiple quality gatesโincluding Steel, Paint, Mounting, Wiring, Enclosure, and Special Projectsโand is accountable for shift-level manpower planning, daily priority setting, and communication of quality issues and risks. Success in this role requires strong organization, structured planning, and the ability to lead through clear expectations, accountability, and consistent floor presence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervise and direct Quality Control personnel to meet daily production and Ready-to-Ship (RTS) goals across all assigned quality gates.
- Develop and execute daily and weekly manpower plans aligned to workload and staffing requirements.
- Assign work, set priorities, and monitor inspection execution to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Coach, train, and evaluate Quality Control employees, providing regular feedback and performance documentation.
- Maintain the quality training schedule and versatility matrix to ensure adequate skill coverage per shift.
- Reinforce a strong quality culture by holding employees accountable to standards, ownership, and continuous improvement expectations.
- Participate in Quality Improvement Board meetings and support initiatives to reduce Defects Per Unit (DPU).
- Communicate daily priorities, quality risks, nonconformances (Fixems), and engineering alerts to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage Quality Control equipment needs, including preventive maintenance coordination and calibration tracking.
- Approve and manage timekeeping, attendance, and performance evaluations for direct reports.
- Serve as a visible safety leader, enforcing all safety rules and procedures during inspection activities.
- Lead initial containment actions and root cause discussions for quality issues within the department.
- Perform inspection activities as needed to support production flow and staffing gaps.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Engineering Specialist
Reports To
The Engineering Specialist will report to the Engineering Specialist Supervisor.
Job Summary
The Engineering Specialist will have expertise in various engineering and project management techniques and methods and will fulfill multiple roles throughout the lifespan of a project including drawing design and review, project oversight, and manufacturing support. The Engineering Specialist will provide expertise in service to our customers and all of our various functional departments
Responsibilities and Duties
- Fabricate various sets of drawing packages utilizing technical skills and engineering processes.
- Review drawings to ensure alignment to specification and design and ensure drawings conform to the highest industry standards of quality.
- Provide technical expertise for engineering support, project management, and fabrication.
- Perform a variety of tasks to support our projects and ensure they are delivered to our customer on time and on budget.
- Work with and contribute in a team environment of other specialists, support staff, and engineering.
Requirements

- Proficient computer skills with experience with Windows-based computer, spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office software applications.

Maintenance Technician
Reports To
The Facility Manager
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform tasks as assigned by the Facility Manager.
- Oversee, direct, and train Maintenance Helpers.
- Oversee subcontractors.
- Move and set up office furniture, and computer equipment when necessary.
- Perform maintenance on the roof top units, such as filter changes, grease bearings, and replace belts.
- Maintain and work from tickets generated by Fiix, our maintenance software.
- Grease forklifts, pallet jacks, exhaust fans, trash compactor, and cardboard balers.
- Oil the rollers, hinges, and chains on overhead doors.
- Clean out the exhaust ducts on the engravers.
- Clean and disinfect the icemakers.
- Maintenance of powder coat equipment.
- Maintenance of equipment in the Steel Prep Department, and assisting in the mechanical work on the equipment as needed.
- Rebuild and repair equipment in off-season storage to prepare for the next use cycle.
- Assist in the direction and oversight of subcontractors on-site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, and material storage area.
- Snow removal for sidewalks, man doors, emergency exits, and overhead doors.
- Application of ice melt.
Requirements

Physical Requirements
- The work may be in extreme temperatures and heights up to 30โ, around equipment that is in operation, exposure to noise, fumes, vibration, and dust.
- The ability to climb ladders and some equipment, crawl, crouch, reach, balance, stoop, grasp, kneel, walk, push, pull, lift up to 50 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Exerting force up to 100 pounds occasionally to push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

Testing Technician
Reports To
The Testing Technician will report to the Testing Supervisor.
Job Summary
The Testing Technician will apply electrical theory and related knowledge to test control panels and enclosures electrically. The Testing Technician will ensure wiring matches schematics and will troubleshoot and resolve errors when presented.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide technical assistance and resolution should electrical or engineering problems be encountered.
- Modify electrical parts, assemblies, and systems to correct functional deviations.
- Set up and operate test equipment to evaluate systems under simulated operating conditions and record results.
- Implement quality assurance policies while performing inspections and function testing.
- Ensure the company products meet customer expectations.
- Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production.
- Operate hydraulic pallet jack.
- Act professionally at all times and occasionally represent the company while working with customers.

Job Summary
The Project Estimator will work with the Estimating Team to develop technical proposals and complete the quoting of new and existing parts for an assortment of customers in the electrical field.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop quotes for existing and new products.
- Estimate cost for material, labor, equipment, and tooling.
- Obtain quotes for the manufacturing material.
- Prepare cost data for quotes.
- Serve as the initial reviewer for all sales-related contracts with both short term and long-term agreements.
- Prepare formal proposals.
- Directly communicate with customers in the form of quotations.
- Manage several projects at one time while adhering to proposal due dates.
- Define and document requirements; address technical concerns.
- Interpret and work from engineering data to include drawings, specifications, and models.

The Quality Control Inspector will inspect panels and enclosures throughout the production process as they go through the different departments of Electrical Power Products, Inc. These departments include steel, paint, mounting, wiring, enclosures, and shipping.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Perform routine inspections and quality tests.
- Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards and the customerโs bill of materials.
- Document deficiencies and errors of products and confirm corrections of these errors.
- Operate a manual hydraulic pallet jack.

The project manager is responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget for projects ensuring they meet customer expectations.
